RMG Business Ventures, LLC. was created by Rob Grifka. Rob has built his expertise from many successful business ventures.
Rob founded Cure Water Systems, Inc. in 1991, from his parents house, with just $5,000 and some credit card debt. Telemarketing himself and using their garage as a warehouse, Cure Water Systems sold bottle-less water coolers to businesses as an alternative to the office cooler with a heavy 5 gallon jug on top. Within two years Rob took an office/warehouse in New York City. Over many years Rob hired several telemarketers, a few sales people and technicians to install these systems and service them with filter changes and necessary repairs.

His revenue grew to $1,000,000 annually with extremely high profit margin‘s. For more than 15 years his telemarketing department generated over fifty B2B appointments weekly with companies of all sizes. Clients with 10 employees to thousands, some with over 100 retail locations such as Hugo Boss and Quicksilver. To handle this volume of business Rob's staff outsourced the installations for his large clientele across the country, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Since Rob was in the field meeting clients 60% of the time he had to perfect the techniques to manage a team of telemarketers, technicians, sales people and administrative staff from a distance. This is how he honed his skills in these areas.
Rob also started, built, and sold an office coffee service that amongst 150 other items - such as cups, sugar, plasticware, C-fold towels - he sold over 2,500 pounds of coffee per month. He did this by leveraging his extensive corporate clientele in the five boroughs of New York City. That business sold within one week after making only three phone calls to his competitors. This is a perfect example of Rob using his team of telemarketers to cross sell his water cooler clients.

In the process of running his businesses over the years, many owners sought Rob’s knowledge and assistance to run their own companies more efficiently and profitably. Rob has since guided many entrepreneurs, first as RMG Consulting and currently as RMG Business Ventures.
